1st Meeting of the Working Group on Human Capital

At the 1st Meeting of the SEE Investment Committee Working Group on Human Capital high-level officials, policymakers and -experts examined the links between educational systems, and skill supply and development on one side, and competitiveness and investment trends on the other.

Case studies from Croatia, Estonia, Ireland and Romania highlighted related policy responses and experiences.
