1st Meeting of the Working Group on Human Capital, 10 July 2007

 

Held in Zagreb on 10 July 2007, the 1st Meeting of the SEE Investment Committee Working Group on Human Capital saw participants discuss the links between educational systems, skill suplly and skill development on one side and competitiveness and investment trends on the other, and policy responses with case studies from Croatia, Estonia, Ireland, and Romania.
